WBR Complaint Submission Form

This form is to be used for documenting any behavior that may be deemed unacceptable by the Winnisquam Beach Resort Community. This includes, but is not limited to, violations of state/federal law, resort by-laws, or otherwise offensive behavior.

The Winnisquam Beach Resort Board of Directors is committed to ensuring that all valid complaints are addressed fairly and equitably amongst all parties in accordance with the Fine/Fee structure dated May 15th, 2025.

NOTE: Complaint Submission Forms received that are missing required information will NOT be addressed. This includes anonymous complaints, unless such complaint poses an immediate danger to any person(s).
