Winnisquam Beach Resort is a condo association.
The association is only involved in the sales of units from a legal
perspective of providing potential buyers condo association documents to support the sale.
We also have 11 sites T-sites (Temporary) that the association
itself rents on a seasonal basis. Our T-site coordinator Tanya can be reached by emailing
"TE-TIME@comcast dot net".

at the owners request and as time allows. (See below)
Due to insurance requirements unit owners may only post seasonal rentals here.
