        WBR has 11 sites that it rents on a seasonal basis.

        Information: A CORI check is the first step.
        Contract: Runs from the day after Columbus day to Columbus day the next year.
        Rent: $4000/Year, $2000 due at contract signing.
        Security/Cleanup Deposit: $300.
        Pets: Pets are NOT allowed by our bi-laws.
        Unit: Can not be older than 10 years or larger than 320 Square Feet.
